RV Parks near Quecec and Must See in Quebec?

Question

Driving from Miami to Quebec this summer. Any nice rv parks near Quebec that are nice and reasonable? Any must see parks to visit? Restaurants to visit? How is the weather during June and July? Taking 2 dogs with me so I need to be relatively close to the city. White water rafting?

I forget what Summer month it is, but all the trades have a vacation at the same time -- With the Canadian dollar exchange rate  terrible for US traveling, most stay in Canada -- RV parks are full at that time -- Bill Willard

Construction shuts down the last two week in July.This is for over 150,000 workers.

Quebec City Old town.We stayed at Quebec City KOA. They have a shuttle bus connecting with city buses for getting to Old Quebec, easiest way. Also there is a great farmers market easy walking distance from Old Quebec.
