RvParky and Cracker Barrel

We had a tire issue a few years back, limped into a Cracker Barrel to get fixed up. Went in and talked to manager to make sure we were ok to stay, she not only said yes, but came out with 2 bags of food for the family as a kind gesture...

We will give them our business before anywhere else do to the way we have been treated over the years..

my wife can tell you every CB from ohio to arizona.

I've stayed in many Cracker Barrels. They are one of our favorite overnight stops. We usually have dinner and breakfast there.

CB closes at 10 S-T and 11 F-S. Thus all one has to do is arrive 8PM or later and you have plenty of room to park. I usually park on the side across 6 or 7 car spots. My MH is 39' long. I rarely park in an RV spot. We try and leave around 8AM after having breakfast in the CB. Once during breakfast I mentioned to the manager that we spent the night in his parking lot. The manager picked up our breakfast check.

I usually arrive at CB after close and park in a regular spot in the front close to a street light. Sometimes the designated RV sots are isolated.

On the same trip, due to one planned place being full and then driving long past my usual stopping time, I checked with 2 different Cracker Barrels. Both said I was welcome to spend the night. No problem. I got take out dinners for us and worked out fine.

My only problem with CB is that their definition of RV parking is usually 40' long. My rig is 62 ft long so we don't fit into most of them.

I really don't care if they are listed as advertising or as a place to eat or a place to stay. It takes a lot of money to build and run a good app.

We must see different CB's than you. I've rarely seen one that doesn't allow overnight parking. In fact the only one I can remember in the past 2-3 yrs is in Athens GA. I use AllStays rather than RVParky but that wouldn't affect whether or not CB allows overnighting.

Many people have posted here about overnighting at Cracker Barrel, having an early breakfast there, and hitting the road. They do typically have RV parking spaces. If in doubt, ask. Some jurisdictions may prohibit it.
