I-5 or Rt.99- Which would be better pulling a 40' fiver? Thanks.

We always take 99. It is flat where I-5 is at the edge of the foothills with lot of hills to grind up. It seems a little more fuel efficient to go 99. Lots of places to stop also along 99 for food and shopping.
