Santa Rosa NM to Carrizozo NM Hwy54
Heading to Ruidoso with 5th wheel in signature in a couple of weeks. Is 54 a reasonably good highway for towing? I realize there are not a lot of options but I have never gotten bad route advice here...

Beautiful ride !! When you get south of Vaughn 54 will split from highway 60 and turn left. Easy, but if your not watching it's easy to miss.
