I understand. Is it too long for a day trip in the TV? All the reservable sites on the north side are full. Did not want to change getting a first come site with the long 5er.

If you water up before you go up top you can boondock in Big Meadows between the parks on Generals Hwy. We go there all the time with our 34' 5er and utility trailer with our SXS behind it. If you go up during the week sites are open.

Big Meadow Campground does not open until May 5/24 we are looking for 5/21 to 5/24. We have commitments at Yosemite and can not delay out trip at Sequoia.

Plan on a full day for Potwisha to Kings Canyon and return. We did it last summer.
