Sequoia Park from Three Rivers

Just met some nice folks from Florida here in the RV park on the Central Coast. They have reservations to stay in Three Rivers the next three days and plan on taking their 35 ft. MH up into Sequoia Park each day. seems as though I've read here before that there are some length restrictions on Hwy. 198 past Three Rivers. Your advice will be appreciated.

  • Car rental rates in CA are dirt cheap and with unlimited miles. One of the few bargains (outside of the forests and parks and open beaches) in the state.
  • Thanks to all of you for the help. They were impressed.:)

No way take a look at this Road Restrictions for Hiwy 198

22 to 24 foot max the way I read it.

That road has many switch backs

Best save IMO now would be to rent a car in Visalia, Enterprise or similar. Rent from town would probably be cheaper than at the airport.
