Sirius in AK

It depends on where the mountains are in between you and the satellites. The further north you get, the lower on the horizon the equator satellites will be and the mountains will cause more interference. For best results your antenna will have to be mounted on top of the MH. Driving, you loose signal the further north you drive as you drop down in valleys or behind mountains. You might be able to pick you camping places to get signal.
