Well I got slapped with the best AK has to offer when I was up there. Had the pleasure of 2 winters on the Slope and got to see that infamous -50 a few times! Got lots of pictures of my dash at 35mph -35 deg, 40 -40 and even a 45 -45. Never got a 50 -50 pic because that would have been speeding! Lol
No satellite radio either. He!! even the sun didn't get any reception for like 2 months straight!
Brutal place to work. Thank god I was the boss, I could go back to the office when my pea pickers started freezing! Speaking of freezing, I exploded a whole case of smuggled in Pepsi in my office. No the heat didn't go out, it just couldn't keep the place above freezing.
