Snowing in Colorado

We were camping near Buena Vista and the snow started Friday night. Really came down at times, but the ground has been so warm, it was only sticking higher up. The biggest downside was the wind. Took many of the aspen leaves off overnight.

The weather did keep the crowds down. Some day tripper up taking aspen pictures, but overall it was a quieter weekend than usual, given that it was near the peak of leaf season.
