I live in a border city and we go into the US via the Ambassador Bridge. They had quite a backup a couple of weeks ago and I can tell you there was no hurry to let people through. It was the same coming back into Canada. I don't care what line I get into, it seems like that agent takes his/her time with every vehicle.
