We were on a fishing trip into Canada several years ago and the question about booze came up. I answered honestly that I had 3 cases of beer and only two of us in the truck. He immediately asked why we were over the limit. I replied that the trailer behind us with the boat didn't have room. His answer was to tell them to carry their own from now on and sent us on our way.
