Strange sightings while coming north last week.

With due regard for the changing circumstances of modern life....x2 on this. ^^^. Granted its summertime, but as someone who has been picked up after a tire blowout at -40 and as someone who has pulled folks out of the ditch at -40, it's a rather sad change in the North when people won't stop to help folks in distress.

Maybe others were able to see that the imminent peril had passed.......
