Do not hand them a list of anything. They may or may not ask you questions. If they ask you questions, answer the question, nothing else. It isn't hard. We came into the US a little over a week ago. We didn't bring any eggs but we were asked about any chicken and my DW answered yes and after a few moments of contemplation we were allowed to leave with a warning about bringing chicken and any derivatives of into the US.
