Hand them your paperwork and only answer questions when asked. They will ask you about firearms, money, alcohol, where are you going, and how long you are staying in Canada. It sounds like they are also asking about poultry/eggs because of the bird flu outbreak. I bet we were not stopped longer than a minute once we made it to the border guard. It is scary the first time you do it but as long as you answer their questions honestly, you will be fine.
