Very honestly, I am humbled by the various nice comments. I have read all these in detail more than once and appreciate them very much. I try to be as honest as I can be on here but, like anything in life, you cannot please all the people all the time.
Due to time constraints here we cannot move this out and try and catch up. Sad as that might be.
But the reason is truly good news. Seems my photography efforts have gotten a lot of attention in the last 6 months and, amongst other things, I was asked to do 2 one person exhibits! One for Sept - Oct, then I have a weekend Fair to do and then the other from mid Nov til the end of the year. Have 13 canvas and 18 framed prints up. With receptions for me and all. And print things out using my images including a cover of a regional years publication. And finalist for two other covers. And a big newspaper article on my efforts as well.
So life is good from that aspect but that also means we will not be able to adjust and get out this fall. But we, as I said, believe there was a reason and we accept that.
I have an RV'ing buddy here who thinks I should send the story in someplace for publication! :-)
Yes, we met some just good people and were treated right. I have sent thank you notes to them and offered a signed / numbered print of their choice.
When we can, let's share a cup of coffee.
This is really great to be with you guys on here; you are all a class act.
