Just offering another opinion that things may not be changing for the better every where in Mexico. Two popular areas for RV'ers have changed for the not so better in the past couple of years...Puerto Nuevo and Puerto Penasco.
I disagree with you on this strongly, tourism is up across the board here even among RVers your statement is not based in fact it is based in fear mongering.
