Rob: Penasco and Kino are running way less than 50% occupancy. San Carlos only has one CG. Mazatlan, according to others is empty. I have travelled hwy 15 from the border to HMO 6 times this season. I saw in total less than 12 RV's. General Tourism in Mexico is flourishing but not foreign RV'rs. Mazatlan has one CG that is closed, one that is selling lots for homes and another very popular spot where the owner has died and likely will be sold. I do not think that RV'ing where you are ever suffered like other areas. We are heading your way this winter and hope to be able to find a spot!
