The glory days of the RV parks are gone, Was on its way out before the Drug problem, They just accelerated it.
With the price of fuel, insurance , tolls . etc.. I know many folks that have giving up Driving there Rigs due to economics. Here in Mazatlan as I have said before you can stay in a nice home for less then the RV parks Charge.. The new Generation is just not buying into the life style.
When I get need to travel, its now by first class bus or one of the discount Mex Airlines .. Just flew to TJ for 140 USD round trip..
The only saving grace for most parks is the low property taxes here in Mexico .. or if its on Ejido land there isn't any..
