There are a few "used rv" dealers in Mexico. Most are concentrated around Guadalajara, Monterrey and D.F. They sell on Mercado Libre and there are quite a few. We also have a small rv parts place in Monterrey.
At happy hour the other night we talked about all the Mexicans we now see rving in Mexico with Mexican plates. I think it is now becoming much more than a handful. We sold our old rv two years ago in less than three days with an ad in the El Norte newspaper.
BTW, we drove from the Michoacan border to San Miguel de Allende today. We saw some pigs stopped by the road. Oh sorry, not police, but real pigs. They were on their way to slaughter and their truck broke down.
No helicopters today. I guess helicopter pilots take off on Mondays! We boondocked for six days on the way down and are now boondocking in SMA on our way home. Will do the same tomorrow night. I'm scared s@$#less. :)
