does anyone know of an app that will give weather conditions along a rout that may take in several states without having to go to each states road report?

I have used a number of weather apps that have a "follow me" feature that can be enabled.
So if you're 150 miles from home it gives you the local weather there. Most can have multiple locations stored plus the follow me location.
I like that because I travel around a lot.
