Most of the Farmacias Similares have a doctor in house, and if you need a prescription filled, pay the 50.00 pesos and get the prescription filled, they also have Monday specials and other days they have other medicine on special.
If you have the prescription in English, go to the Doctor next door and they will tell you what the equivalent is in Spanish or generic, if you do not have the prescription, do not throw the botle or box away, they can figure out what medicine you need by the lable.
