Moisheh, I'm glad you're okay and everything worked out and you're doing okay. Sounds like you received excellent care.
As others have stated, know your surroundings in terms of hospitals. Since most rvers have time to spare, it wouldn't hurt to visit a couple of private care facilities near your rv park in Mexico.
(I was thinking about this scenario this morning while running on the treadmill at the gym being a Monday morning when many heart related problems occur and what the people at the gym would do for me. Living in a rural community our nearest hospital would be 15 minutes speeding to get there. Not much other choice except our local IMSS clinic which gives excellent service but may not be prepared. The funny part is, last week I saw an election billboard that said, "Vote for me, Allende needs a community hospital". I kind of snarkily laughed at the propaganda. Maybe it's a good idea)
