Yes, both I-64 and I-664 have a tunnel. So if you insist on not going through a tunnel that leaves you the Rt. 17 bridge. Actually the tunnels are not bad. You have to stop before the tunnel to verify that your propane is shut off. But both tunnels are very short with plenty of room. RVs use them all the time.
