As Chum Lee asks, just what is it she expects to ' experience'? The real Quartzsite experience is boon-docking in the desert. Fill your water and propane tanks and Drive about 6 miles south of Quartzsite to the RoadRunner BLM area where you can camp in the desert for up to two weeks for free. Pick out a nice secluded spot and just enjoy the desert.
