Be very careful about signing a membership. You may be a limited partner with no say in camping or yearly fees. Furthermore as a limited partner you may be (likely will be) legally libel for property taxes and all debt including any mortgage and bankruptcy.
Over the years we've seen lots of membership CG changes not necessarily for the better in ones that we had some interest. For us the right longer term choice was to not join.
