Be extremely cautious about buying into a membership campground.
Several years ago we bought a Western Horizons Campground membership. At the time we bought they had 22 parks and said they were adding more. What they really did was collect our dues while selling off the parks. At least two of the parks were actually just sold off to the son of the owner removing them from the membership unless we wanted to rejoin the (new) parks.
Not saying all campground memberships are crooked but, if you see the name Loken as an owner anywhere run.
