Well I did have a master IBEW electrian (Retired) go through the breaker box fuse box he checked every breaker,fuse,nut,bolt,wire connection in the box. I switched to the 50 amp shore power with a 30 amp reducer. All looks smells fine. It appears the problem is in the 30 amp shore power I believe I was getting low ampage from that plug causing the burning hot smell. I have a power surge protector in the Rv when plugged into the 30 amp it was blinking red now that I switched to 50 amp with reducer it's solid red as its supposed to be. Thank you for your post.
