I looooove the Raystown Lake enthusiasts…isn't it FANTASTIC!? We stumbled on it a few years back and stayed at the resort (in our TT) once and at the corps of engineers park once. Both amazing. We're planning on going back this summer for a long weekend (about 4 hrs from us).

Leaning towards the smokey mountains right now. We feel like we've been darn near everywhere within 4 hours of us (harford county MD) and we've never headed in this direction. Any campgrounds suggestions close-ish to Pigeon Forge?
We're also planning a fairly major change (selling the house, road schooling the kids, doing a loop around the country) so I'm adding these suggestions!
