@Magua likewise I've done most of the local stuff but I've never headed towards the Smokies. The Smokies has always been just a bit too far to drive.
I rationalized why drive all the way to the Smokies when the Shenandoah Valley is so close.
If I had more time the Smokies and Mt.Rushmore are on my bucket list
