Arizona RV Camprounds

I've narrowed it down to our stay this winter,and going with Arizona...thanks to all the help,and useful information I got from the group here...(Thank you so dam much!!)...(handshakes).

My questions varied so much the last time,and I jumped all over the place,this time I'll be quick,straight to the point, and just a couple questions this time.

Would any one care to share a good RV Campground with me on the not so high end campgrounds.

I'm looking for one with a 6 month plan, laundry facility. Spacious sites...Just don't want to be crammed in so close...Peaceful, quiet.

2nd question is metered electric...What can I be looking at while there say Dec-May..(6 months)..I know that question has a huge variable. What am I running etc...Being it's the cooler months, and not running a freezer...do more than often, people have to pay more over the amount allotted?

Anyways...can anyone throw about me so RV Campgrounds they like,in Arizona that I could look into?

    For spacious sites you might look into this Escapees RV Club park in Benson, Arizona. You'll be amazed at the beautiful landscaping, friendly folks, nice activities in the clubhouse and best of all, very reasonable rates, including 6-month rates at $270/month.

    Saguaro Escapees RV Park

    In fact, they have a special offer for non-Escapees to spend a week full hookup for $50 + electric. Then to stay on you'd need to become a member but it's only $40/year and has lots of perks including a fantastic bi-monthly magazine written by RVers with little advertising. Once a member you can stay at other Escapees parks.

    We'd highly recommend it.

    Benson is a little higher elevation than Tucson 40 miles to the west so it's cooler. December and January will be the coolest months but it warms up by 9am. There's lots to do in the area and day trips to Tucson is very easy.
