Asheville in October?
I'm going to rent an TT from Fort Bragg and head for the mountains in October to see the leaves. Can anyone recommend a park to try? Or perhaps one to avoid? Thanks!

You may also want to try the higher elevations near Boone / Blowing Rock. the high Country has great Fall colors. You could try Flintlock CG, or Raccoone Holler, or GrandFather Mountain CG.
Also try Toe River CG, And if you want to dry camp. check out Linville Falls CG, or Julian Price. Both on the Blue Ridge Parkway. And If you go out on Price Lake. It is like being in a bowl surrounded by color
