Inks Lake is great, along with (as mentioned) S. Llano River SP...our favorite. BUT, you better make reservations real early for Inks!! It is the second most popular park (behind only Garner), and books up way out. On your way through Marble Falls, be sure to stop at Bluebonnet Cafe!! Plenty of room to park around back.
Once in Big Bend, hike into Santa Elena Canyon!! Beautiful but easy hike.
