Closest thing to Bell Rd in that area is Desert Shadows RV Resort
19203 N 29th Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85027 (623) 869-8178 but is closer to Union Hills and 101 than Bell.

There are also several just north of 101 and include Desert Edge mentioned above.

Desert's Edge RV Village is a mile or so North on 17 and will serve you fine, thank you.

PS: you can always go to google earth (zero in on the area of choice)and type in rv parks or truck stops, what every and look!

Not advertising a Park looking for one.
