- Johno02ExplorerNear being within 50 miles?? In that case, yes, there are several. Within 10 miles, downtown Baltimore is bigger than that. Within 5 miles, you would stand a better chance in the middle of Times Square.
- neschultzExplorerI use the KOA in Millersville whenever I go to Baltimore. It's about 20 minutes from the Inner Harbor.Millersville KOA
- NYCgrrlExplorerNever been there myself but a friend stayed at Bar Harbor RV for 2 nights to see the Orioles play (near Inner Harbor) before heading down to FL.
She has a pop up, and said the site was small, she felt safe, and the price about what she'd expect to pay in a city. Pretty sure she un- hooked her TV and drove to a local city garage. - BumpyroadExplorer

yep, and they have/had pull in sites for Class As on the water front so you could look out on the bay.
previously someone here whined that it was a fishing camp, but other than being on the bay don't know where that comment came from.
bumpy - spoon059Explorer IIBar Harbor is about 40 minutes north and slightly east of the Inner Harbor, through the city. I've never been here, but I've heard its on a great piece of land. It sits right on a river that feeds the Chesapeake Bay.
Patapsco State Park is about 20 minutes due west of the Inner Harbor. They are electric sites only, with water spigots throughout the park. Very nice state park, wooded lots, pretty quiet, nice hiking trails, etc. We usually go to Patapsco once a year and really like this park.
Ramblin Pines RV is about 30 minutes due west of the Inner Harbor. I've never been here, but it is located right off of Rt I70 in a more quiet area. I've never stayed at this park, but I know they have a lot of full hookups. - GeoBoyExplorer

yep, I checked that one out years ago and it seemed quite acceptable, a little convoluted to get to however.

IMHO, Safe - Close - least confusing - easiest in and out of Baltimore.
But I live in Annapolis/Arnold so I drive this often.
Bing map it to see the roads. MAP
Best of Luck,
