- Keith_MExplorerPueblo El Mirage is in a great location. Its eight miles from where Seattle and San Diego Play and five miles from Surprise where Texas and Kansas City Play. There are three other stadiums on the west side of Phoenix.
http://robertsresorts.com/resorts/pueblo-el-mirage/ - BarbaraOKExplorerWe stay at Mesa Spirit, and it is very easy from here to get to the games, especially on the east side of Phoenix. New stadium for the Cubs in Mesa, easy to get to Scottsdale for both Giants and Diamondback games, as well as Tempe and Phoenix (though I can't remember which teams are playing at those stadiums this year) - actually as long as you aren't trying to get around loop 101 during rush hour even the west side of the valley isn't difficult to get to.
Barb - rjf7gExplorerI was in Scottsdale on a business trip (flew, stayed in a hotel) a few springs ago and caught a game (not my A's, though, but any game will do)...can't wait to do it in my RV.
- mpfiremanExplorerWait until they play the Cubs, there new winter digs look really cool. We last were out in AZ two years ago and took in a few games at different parks. We might go again this year.
- rjf7gExplorerOne of my dreams...enjoy! I'll be out there some day!
- harley-daveExplorerFizz is right, March is warming and the weather is great. Giants are in Scottsdale so you might limit your search to Scottsdale, Mesa, Tempe area, maybe Apache Junction. Parks are located all over the valley but can be a long drive.
Dave - FizzExplorerThe Phoenix area is wall to wall RV parks.
By March 1st many Snowbirds are heading out so you should have no problems finding a spot anywhere you choose. - WoodGlueExplorer
