For RV parks - Chula Vista. It is not right on the water - it backs up to a park on the beach, so there is a parking lot between you and the beach. BTW, you might not want to stay on the sites closest to the water- unless you like hearing as many as 7 different ice cream trucks at one time. No I am not exaggerating, I counted. One was even playing Christmas music in July.
