Our site at Ocean lakes this past summer. In the 4000 section, unpaved. The utility trailer is sitting at the edge of the site. You can see the next campers sewer hose just to the right of the trailer. CecilT can vouch for the size of the lot as he was there around the same time. Granted we were not on a cement pad and further away from the beach, it was actually nice as we would just get in the golf cart and be there quickly. It was also quieter back there as well.
