It looks like USB 3.0 is plenty fast enough. I'm just not sure what my son's setup is. It sure would be nice if a hard drive (or better still, a super-high capacity stick) full of HD movies could be plugged into the side of an RV's LED flat screen TV that would then read/convert the stick contents directly for viewing.
