$900 for month in December and ocean everyday worked in this "beholders eye" ;) staying month was a good $ break from what it would have been daily. Have to admit for some reason...maybe Matthew the month was very slow so no tight spaces. Agree can get very crowded and some spots do open to one another. Website shows the pros and cons well. We usually stay in Ormond and did for Thanksgiving...weather was especially good. This was our first time to splurge on Beverly and it was a treat. No question it is pricey as are any you can find right on ocean AND letting dogs walk. Afraid I am spoiled now. Reminder we stayed across the street in cheap seats :)
