So, I just went and made a reservation, up to, but not including final confirmation/credit card information. I see the magazine "option", and the fact that there is no opt out. But, you do have to select which ones, if any, you want.
I seem to remember in the past seeing magazine options, but not shown the same way. I think if I remember correctly, in the past, the magazine option came up AFTER I paid and confirmed my reservation. I simply closed the window after that, and paid no further attention to it.
Thanks for pointing out the change/issue. Definitely will pay attention to that in the future.
