E180 is the best site. E185 is really slanted. Don't remember about E186 but most sites on that side are kinda unlevel in one direction or another. Beautiful campground, particularly the ones on that end that overlook the valley and the Appalachian Trail.
The food at the lodge is pretty good but it is REALLY crowded in October.
