Bay site Premium for .net = $118.00
Bay site (premium)for .com = $115.00

It all depends on the site you want.. We were on #41 its the very end site on the end of the peninsula ... it is handled by .com

Yes, we were there a couple years ago.
We had a great site that was just off the canal.
The Tiki hut had everything, sink, refer, microwave, large TV and picnic table.
We were there in "off" season May time frame. Owner of site had just headed back north a couple days before we arrived.

Yes i see .net shows a few pics of sites but not many to choose from.
.com appers to have many more. we are looking into going next september,2016.

It appears some 'owners' were unhappy with the way the parent association was handling their reservations so they branched out on their own. Save your money...go with the .net people. We were very satisfied.

I prefer Rita at .net---- been doing business with her since 2000. But, if she doesn't have what I want, I don't hesitate to go to .com

I have only dealt with them and its always a good experience, Plus they have Pics of their sites on their web page.

I looked them up on .com. We were only a couple days out so I called them on telephone.
