While on that site look at the upper right portion of the first page and you'll see other locations close to Boulder that offer campgrounds. For example, other locations listed are Longmont, Lyons, Golden, etc. Click on those locations for campgrounds there. There doesn't appear to be many, but this is a good source to use to search for campgrounds close to Boulder.
