- welove2driveExplorerBuffalo Point is nice but there are a lot of small sites.
- Bob806Explorer IIIShady Oaks CG is up in Jasper, not too far from the river if that works for you. Nice place, reasonable rates. There is another one we came upon called Richland Creek in the Big Piney Ranger district- great place for tents or a pop up trailer, getting an RV down there might be tough.

- linnemjExplorerWe camped at Buffalo Point also. Nice campground but not a lot of privacy between sites. Great place to do a short float on the river - from the bridge to the campground. Bring your groceries and supplies since it is a distance to shop. Reservations recommended.
- reubenrayExplorerWe enjoyed this campsite. But be prepared for no cell phone or data service. You are way down in the bottom right on the Buffalo River.
