No. The late night partiers were in the group sites two rows over. This section is close to Martin Lake. Camp on that side and you could leave your canoe at the lake and within your sight. If you want to canoe in Bull Trout, you would want to stay in the Bull Trout section. Those are right on the lake and you could leave your canoe at water's edge.
