Bullhead City & Laughlin restaurants?

Any recommendations? We would like to hear about places you've been that you would return to. Are any of the casino buffets worth trying? We love Mexican, Chinese, Italian etc. Thanks!
  • I too am looking for something as good as once was in Laughlin.

Years ago we loved Granny's Sunday Brunch at Pioneer. It vanished and reappeared in various forms in years since but never the same quality.

At the Ramada Express (now Tropicana) Passaggio's Italian had an excellent Sunday brunch. It too is no more. There was also a very good Mexican restaurant there. The new Taqueria pales in comparison.
  • If you stay a week at the Riverside Casino RV Park, you get four FREE buffets. Two dinner and two breakfasts. $129/week special too. For anyone who's not been there recently, Riverside is removing every other site making available sites HUGE! New 50amp services too. Campground is going to be really great when finished....Dennis
  • Agree these are down more than a few notches from Las Vegas. I was in Harrah's buffet last spring and it was still pretty decent. The night I was there they didn't have prime rib on the buffet like I remembered they had.
  • Good mexican place in Bullhead about halfway through town on the right going south. Cant remember the name though.
  • Second or third floor of the Riverside they have a sit down restaurant. Good food. Window view of the river. Depending how you tip. :B We like Mexican also on the RV side second floor they used to have a pretty good Mexican restaurant. It has gone down hill the last year or so but not too bad. They apparently changed owners and prices are up quality down.
  • The breakfast buffet at both Harrah's and the Aquarius Casino are a good value. We have tried several of the dinner buffets in Laughlin and have not been impressed. Don't expect Vegas or even Reno for that matter. If you enjoy craft beer there is a great microbrewery inside the Colorado Belle, they have good sandwiches there also. If you like restored vehicles there is a super auto museum at the riverside.

    Safe travels.
  • At the Riverside Casino in Laughlin skip the buffet and go upstairs for the Prime Rib Buffet. Definitely a couple of cuts above your basic Casino Buffet. Nice view of the river from the dining room as well. Great food at a reasonable price.
