There are several Can Am parks in the greater Phoenix area.
The one we are familiar with is Canyon Vistas in Gold Canyon.
We have stayed there 4 winters and the only reason we are not going back is we bought a place in a gated retirement community for much less than a park model in many RV Parks.
Canyon Vistas is one of Cal Am's newer smaller (600+ sites) parks, on the edge of the desert East of Phoenix, the sites are big and level, great facilities but not quite as many as the larger parks. The people for the most part tend to be younger than other parks and are very friendly.
Management and staff are also good, though there were some management issues in the past, but these have IMO been resolved.
There is a new, still being developed park right next door called Superstition Views which can be had with a Park models and covered RV parking/storage, some facilities including bocce ball and pool, and a very good snack/lunch concession, which are all open to Canyon Vistas guests.
Unless things have changed since last winter, they also share facilities with Montesa also right next door.
Both of these are also Cal Am.
I highly recommend Canyon Vistas if you want a quieter park out of the city with basic shopping and restaurants very close by.
