We don't mind paying for what we get. We've found a reasonably priced campground will also have decent amenities...large LEVEL spaces trump most amenities anyway..we don't use the restrooms/showers at any campground.
KOA took it a step farther. High prices and charge extra for any extra add on...pool $1/day spa $1/day, wifi $3/day etc.etc...Dennis
