If the lowly guy in the warehouse is so stupid, why does he still work there and god forbid, get promoted up the ladder according to his ability and work ethics? So few start at the top! Think about it!
I agree 100%, The individual you describe, is of great value and should be listened too.
My reference was more, as to the fellow who has been there 3 weeks, thinks he knows everything, and is sure he knows how to run your business much better than you do after 39 years.
My guess is you have had your share of those folks as well.
