Campground Near Winston-Salem, NC
My son has been accepted to Winston-Salem State University and we are planning on taking him to see the campus one more time before he makes a decision about where he wants to spend the next four year...

We would prefer full hookups, cable, and a big rig site (we have a 41 ft fifth wheel with 5 slides). Any recommendations would be appreciated! Thanks!!!
You can stay at the Dixie Fairgrounds i Winston-Salem...full hook-ups......works well......have stayed at the other two...tanglewood has very few "level" sites..nice place..but poor design....Lake Norman a little out of the way for Winston-Salem....Chuck
